Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and external factors
LORYNQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Conditions:
The product must be returned in its original condition
The ring must not be damaged beyond normal inspection
Proof of purchase is required
Upon valid return, LORYNQ will issue a full refund within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

8. Warranty & Defects
LORYNQ provides a statutory warranty in accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law.
This warranty does not cover:
